This hotel is situated in the perfect location, right across the road from the Nagoya train station. It's incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those with big luggage as there are no steps to climb. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they even provide a luggage storage service. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with windows that can be opened for fresh air. Additionally, there are plenty of dining options in the surrounding area.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to fault.

We were fortunate to arrive during a typhoon, but the Meitetsu New Grand Hotel's location right next to the underground shopping plaza made it incredibly convenient. We didn't even have to open our umbrellas! The rooms may be small by western standards, but they were clean and had good lighting. The coffee shop in the lobby served excellent pastries, a pleasant surprise in Japan. Despite arriving late for breakfast, we still found acceptable options, though it's recommended to come earlier. The hotel's ability to cater to English-speaking guests was impressive. And with a BIC Camera and Takashimaya Department store nearby, the location couldn't be beaten. I would highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location and affordable price.

Location doesn't get better than this; just across the central railway station in the heart of town, with many restaurants, shops, and department stores nearby. The staff is friendly, helpful, and speak good English. The rooms are clean, comfortable, with good lighting and reliable wifi.
The hotel could be noisy due to trains constantly passing by, causing some discomfort and disturbance.

The hotel was located in a convenient spot for us, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and we felt safe walking around the area at night. The bed was cozy and we had a lovely view from the window. The breakfast offered a variety of dishes to choose from and the coffee tasted good.
We were disappointed that the room smelled like cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. , there was a strange stain on the carpet, which was quite off-putting.

During my weekend stay, I was pleased with the complimentary breakfast and free toiletries. The hotel's location was ideal in the heart of the city near restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. I appreciated the convenience of having a train station nearby.
The room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult for me to move around. the bed was not very comfortable, and the air conditioning did not seem to work properly, leaving the room quite stuffy.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right across the JR train station. It's incredibly convenient for train travelers, making it the perfect choice for those on the go. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service that adds to the overall positive experience. The rooms, though not brand new, are well maintained, clean, and kept tidy during the stay. It's refreshing to come back to a clean and comfortable room after a day of exploring. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast included with the room. The variety offered caters to different tastes, from Japanese and Korean options to Western favorites. It's a great way to start the day without worrying about finding breakfast elsewhere.
Everything about this hotel was great, no complaints at all.
